Skinning Archer Problem

OK, I have this very irritating problems: When I skin the archer, where can I remove that stupid thing on her head? And the portrait!! The portrait remains the usuall archer portrait, what is the path for the portrait skin? Plz I need help with this.

I'm making Sexy.Aguilera's request (almost) he she/he wanted a sorcerer looking like christina, and she/he also say in his/her signature that she/he wants more ppl to make nice "girl skins" like christina skins.
She have also requested an archer with tiger clothes... I decided to make a christina archer

I found the "dot" on her head, but I still need the path for the portrait skin. I've uploaded the skin now, so u should be able to comment it
