Download Winds of War 2.06 in the map section, there are Lock Down, Nuclear Strike, Siege Tank and Maelstrom. It's a map I abandoned a while ago for a brighter future
I don't get what you need this for either but anyway... Try using Vexorian's spell pack (first) as well. It includes cloak. There are also very many Nuclear Strikes around the spell section (I will search for it and add it at the most asked spells). These are sc spells made by now from what I know.
ok im here and to tell you i had starcraft but lost it and i know ther are no heroes in starcraft also but i remeber the units having abilties but forget it the map fell through any ways it was way to big to host on bnet
Well... In this case no problem but I suggest next time you look between the variety of spells this site already contains. It may take some time but it's a guarantee that you will find something you need.
