import files here!?

I need some help.
I want to import a picture from my computer and I couldt find any description at the BBcode.
I was wondering if someone could lend me aid with my burning question.

If you want to do it here, just upload it in the art section by clicking Add/Update Resourses at the top.

If you are looking for image hosting, go to http://photobucket.com after you sign up, just upload and they will give you the codes you need to put to have it displayed (in BB code and HTML) This way you can put it in your signature.

Well the first thing you mentioned is nice and i might try that one out but, what i extualy mentioned (and i didn't describe was the fact that i want to PM someone and give him a file with it.

impossible, upload it somewhere else, and pm the person a link to it.

Do you have any sugestions of where i could update the sceens?
