well me and Juice_F notice that there wasnt a icon contest, so we decided to make one

Judges: Me and Juice_F

Theme:

-Evil Santa

Rules:

-It must be freehand.
-no recolor, must be a new icon.
-no demaged frames.
-no blurry icons.
-The icon must have an DISBTN.
-The icon must be 64x64 in size when you send it in.(duh)

tips (to get an higher score)

-Don't use all to sharp colors.
-Try to make them wc3 stylish.
-If you make an cool new frame that looks realy good it would be an +, ugly new frames is an -.
-The higher rating your icon have, the more points you get (Dont Rate your icons)

There may be a Rules and Tips update, so check sometimes if there is an update

Me and Juic_F will think about the revards

I'm sorry.. I'm new to this forum.. I read about the reviving the old topics.. but I though they were talking about posting new thread with a topic that they already have talked about in the past..

BTW, what is considered "OLD"?
