How do I hide icons?

How do you make sure that an ability doesn't show it's icon?

For example: I want to apply the evade ability with Unit->add ability without an icon showing up so I can save space for other spells.

This goes in maps section, and you need to base it off an item ability, but I don't know since I haven't tried this since 1.16

Actually, this can be done without an item ability, but so far as i know only with Att Bonus....
