How do I???

OK got a few Icons i would like to add to the site, but they all in .TGA format how do i get them into .BLP format so that i can get them added to the site?

hmm looked there but there was only a mac program i need a windows one, any ideas plz?

You can import icons in TGA format also and it works. Only skins don't work in TGA format.

not trying to import them into my game, i want to uplaod them to the site. to the icon section but it says

"Important: Rules for icon packs:
Buttons must be named like "BTN" (or "DIS" or "PAS" or "DISPAS") + filename + ".blp"
Buttons must be all 64x64 pixel size "

meaning that i need to convert them to .BLP
