Big problem... I'm new to skinning, but decided to try it, so I was doing a footman skin, and when I added the eyes and something more, I decided to import it just to see how it was looking, and I dunno why, it looked like this
http://img158.exs.cx/my.php?loc=img158&image=wierd1mv.gif The skin is this:

You have to start it over. I think you probably screw up something with the color wand or deleted the selection, because the original team-colored parts are all that's left

... if you make skins you should save an extra copy if you screw up.if you find the part that u put the transperancy on i think you could CnP the rest out and on a normal footman skin.

in PhotoShop, down right corner you have Layers|Channels|Paths. Click on "Channels". Now you will see under those options the next things:
RGB
Green
Red
Blue
Alpha 1
click on Alpha 1, that are alpa channels.
