Um..I need a little help with the triggers..

How do I make the screen turn color or turn into the splat screen?

I know it has something to do with filter but, when I did it, it didn't show up in the game. Is it a bug?

fade filter

You have to use a fade filter. There is an action for it.

Yep indeed, its under the catogory cinematics; and its called: cinematic fade filter.
