Maybe a strange question

I would like to know is there a possibility to make more types of attacks and armors (unit interface)
not only (eg. hero, fortified, unarmored and such).
Is it possible to add new types or this is some upper engineering (Warcraft 3 core changing)?

Not being a trriger in World Editor or a JASS function.

You can edit them but you cant make new 1's But b.net might make it possible in later patches for war3
