Hi im new here and new to warcraft.
I love the game.
But i want to make my own maps, is there a tutorial
on how to make one with step by step instrutions.

Warcraft III is an highly advanced game.

You need some skills to make maps, to make maps, open up WE (World Editor)
Sorry but I cannot offer any further information as the World Editor is REALLY complicated for beginners.
You will learn, don't worry theres alot to learn, remember not everyone can make maps so you can just give it up hehe

Anyway since the WE is so advanced, there is no one tutorial to bring everything together as in the WE there are many things such as triggers, objects, terrain etc...

Good luck and remember play around with the WE to get used to it, then try the harder things to test yourself. Another thing is that a map shouldn't be hosted quickly on battle.net you will need test it too. So, you make a map, test it and think of it a idea.

Don' t worry, we all were like you one day... Like I always say, don' t ban noobs, because they are what we were before. Tell me whatever you need, my friend .

I've written a tutorial on making basic melee maps in the tutorial section if you want something to start you off.

for learning trigger's, just open any map using triggers and try to understand them. That's the way i learned it

Unless it's protected of course...can't let those learning map makers make progress now, can we....? *place sarcastic tone here*

You should ask many questions relating your subject which you need help on. Maps DON'T have to have triggers of course.
