Bridge Problem - Help Plz

How do I get my bridge in this area? I set the bridge to the right size.. and I can get the bridge there... but when i get my guy to run across it, at the top part of it he has to "jump" off. He can still go across though. Is there any way to fix this?

Place your bridge, and then use Ctrl+PgUp and Ctrl+PgDown to get it to the right elevation.

Alternatively, the bridge decides its default height by taking an average of heights around its center, so lower or raise the terrain underwater to move it about.
