Where can I download WC3VIEWER with TFT models and skins?

wc3viewer2 doesn't need to be updated. all he do is to fetch the .blp and .mdx from a specific location. people extracted the fire lord and the goblin alchemeist perfectly fine with the viewer.

Open War3.mpq for standard models.
Open War3x.mpq for TFT models.
Download a (listfile) from this site of wc3campaigns, and then open War3Patch.mpq for the Patch models.

You have wc3viewer, correct? Just "open MPQ" and look in your Warcraft folder.
