is there any inporter/exporter that uses RoC AND tFT? because i need to edit the Keal skin

This tool will take textures from the MPQ, convert them to TGA (so you can edit), and convert back to BLP (Warcraft's format).

it only has RoC(Reign of Chaos) files, i need tFT(tht Frozen Throne)
it's a nifty tool though, but I have no use for it...

File->Open MPQ, choose war3x.mpq, from your Warcraft III directory.
