Quite simple request!
All I simply need is Admiral Proudmoore's hat so I can attach it with triggers and a model of the word "Advertisment" that flash like a neon sign.
If possible I will give credit thank you!
p.s. if your wondering what I need the word advertisment for it's for a joke during on of the cinimatics in my campaign!

Use the wizard hat instead, or vertex out the body. For the other stuff, either use doodads or floating text
