Corse the Art Tools don't work with 7, they were made for 4.6 and 5

So yeah. Go and find a Max 7 compatable version of the Dex scripts and go nuts

Try this plugins, should work for importing and exporting models.

Import: http://www.infoceptor.com/files/war3/MDXimporter.zip
Export: http://race.wc3campaigns.com/MDXExport.mse

But those don't work with 7 though. Are there any import/export plugins that work with 7?

Don't think so. Go and find whoever made it and bug him to death to upgrade them

Mecheon, due to the fact this is maybe the 10th time this month this question has come up, you may want to make a sticky about the Wc3 art tool not working for versions of 3dsmax other then 4 and 5, and do not work with trial versions, either. Also you may want to mention that asking for free versions of 3ds max is not allowed (since it does not work with trial versions, no point in asking for those, either.) Just a thought.

Try bugging Blizzard about it. I've already tried bugging them about gmax.

The only commoners they listen to are the #1 ladder ranking players, and that only for suggestions on balancing issues...
