Well, come to think about it, I'm running a pc with windows, if you teach me how I'd be glad to do it.#5
I assume it can be done with some of the icon tools in the tools section, but I'm not sure.#6

Sure! You'll have to add the standard Warcraft border yourself, though.

Photoshop would work. I'm not sure what WEU does about this, though.

I has a button you can click that creates the outline for you, i was wonderig if i could paste it over top the icon#12

Open in an image editor and copy/paste the border from another icon.

1. I dunno how to copy and paste things. LOL2. I haven't started on them yet, I will soon. It'll take me a while aswell coz there's so many of them.... so.... yeah.
