Why does WE lag?????

Why does WE lag?????

Well the title says it all.

My WE lags like hell and it lags even if there isn't any units or terrain

What's your computer speed? What other apps are you running? Do you have a virus or worm?

Sometimes it's because either your computer is slow* or sometimes when I open WE it lags pretty badly, What i did was reinstall it...

many things
-too little RAM?
-video card sux?
-virus?
-just need to re-install war3?
-suky processsor?
-too many doodads/effects/units?

It lags even if i start it up and it's blank.

I have no virus.

My comp has:
2 GhZ
768 mb ram (DDR if needed)
120 GB harddisk
ATI radeon X800 256 DDR3 ram

And i have tried to reinstall several times.
