Space Skin for Blight needed

I am trying to make a space map in which players can colonize planets in separate galaxies (different points of map separated by barriers). Well I want to make it so that you can only construct buildings(orbital platforms) around planets only. This is where the blight comes in. So could someone make a space skin for blight?

That's a pretty good idea... However there 'are' other ways of doing it..

Yeah, but its also more harder

Use the almighty tileset that is Outland. It has the unbuildable-on black, just get someone to edit the skin to put stars on it or something
