help fpr finding 117 v world editor

if someone knows where can I download new patch for 117 vwrsion world editor
I have patchd WC3TFT with new 117 wersion buth I can't work in the world editor becouse I hawe only 115 version of WE .
I am working on Campaign and if someone knows ples help
