You have 11 skins. Hueter has 43, Pins has like 120 something, and antihero's are best by far, sucks that he ditched here. Plus most of Pins's skins are more useful to my projects

anyone can submit 120 skins, not everyone can actaully make them good or get a director's choice award.

I thought we settled this damned 'artistic value' VS 'usefulness' argument many moons ago.

These kinds of threads are never a good idea... people start arguing. Which I see has already happened.

It is Eusira's opinion... Me however, think EVERYBODY are the best submitters!

........killst4s models werent made by him...the SC models were ripped from SC and the tank and helicopter were DLed from Gmax's site and changed to .mdl but the other mite have been made by him

Killst4rs Starcraft models WERE made by him. I've ripped the things from Starcraft before, they're 2D images. Not 3d models

Because starcraft models are like CNC RA2 models: animated like GIFs, even the portraits too.

RA2 uses voxels, which is sort of a cross between 2D and 3D. Its kind of hard to explain, but uses layers of 2D images in a way that it creates a 3D appearance. When you draw a ra2 unit (vehicles mainly. Infantry and blds are completely 2D) you have to draw its height, width (deph) and length...layer by layer....its an extreme pain in the arse and takes forever to do...

But back on topic:

actually i ment for you all to give your opinion on ONE best submitter, and not one fo each cagatory, but what the heck

i think Pins is the best - not only had he submitted more than 100 of skins, but they're also fairly good and useful. that's quite a big donation for one site.
