its easy...


Events
    Player - Player 1 (Red) types a chat message containing -gate1 as An exact match
Conditions
    (Triggering player) Equal to Player 1 (Red) <or whatever condition you want, this is not needed as it is noly triggered if playeer 1 type it (see the event)
Actions
    Destructible - Open (YourGate)
