WE Enhancer problem

WE Enhancer problem

When i try to edit map with WE Enhancer, i get an error that shows saying:

Run Time Error '713'
class not registered
You need the fallowing file to be installed on your machine. MSSTDFMT.DLL.

and well i downlaod this file and its still not working. plz help

all i wanna do is use enhancer to turn on advance triggs but i cant open edit map in the enhancer plz someone.
