LVL cap, whats your view?

What do you think would be a good lvl cap for an MMORPG?

Depends how much stat gain there is per level. Lvl 99 is an average level cap for a console RPG, but in those your characters were unbeatable gods by that point but stat gain was still relatively small. Classic D&D was lvl 14 or 15, but there was substantial stat gain per level there. All depends on how you want to lay that all out.

Depends on whether each level is worth it. For example, that *** RPG COT, would involve leveling up like 50 times to learn one skill. Same with EOTA, even though it isn't an RPG. In one, each skill was be essential, and each level must count. If it does, then a low level cap is okay

MMORPGs are meant to last a long time. I'd prefer the 80+ just to allow more entertainment.

Ach, 60 is such a random lvl cap. Should've been, at 40 you get a mount, 60 much better mount or some other good reward, 80+ is hero class. With 100 being cap. Btw, I wonder what lvl the leaders are?(Tyrande, Jaina, Thrall, etc) They're all ?? to me... :?

80+, absolutley. Especielly in Wow, since one easily can get to lvl 60 in about a month. =/

99. With lvl 100 only being reached through a special quest that takes a year to complete. Haha.
