if you want to convert tga or blp into jpg you should use some kind of paint editing program like adobe phootoshop, any program able to open a variety of different formats, and dont use paint, or just download wc3 image extractor where you just open the image and save it as blp

or he can dl wc3 viewer and convert it that way its much more simple

OR he can download TheGimp, edit the image, and convert it to .blp, .tga, .tiff, .tif, .jpg, .jpeg, .img, .dmg, .mp3(i have no idea, but i did it!), or .qtf.
