RoC editor. HELP

I have TFT editor and crap, but my friend uses RoC and I want to make a map for it. Is there a advanced RoC editor??? Plz help

You can use the TFT editor just remember, dont place anything from TFT.

From long time ago i find a World Editor for ROC, its name is: Warcraft X-tra Editor, but i cant remember where i found it.
