tga making in photoshop
ok just wanna know. is the tga file all talks about targa... it says so in photoshop. is that the real tga?
if it is then can i change it to blp using a tool and then simply extract and import directly to the editor?
if im totally wrong, then plz just dont tell "ur wrong", give me some giuding so i can start making my icons

yes, create a tga file in photoshop (size 64x64) and use wc3viewer or wc3 image_extractor to convert then to blp.

does the targa file have be a specified size or not? cause all icons ive seen seems to be real small, or maybe they get smaller when you convert them?

yes, its 64x64 pixels or just go and download the frame by Sopho.
