how do i make it so that spawn towers when built next to a building spawn more guys, like in Eternal Conflict, and Eota?

When your spawner runs, make a check to see if any of the appropriate tower are within range of the structure that seems to spawn the guys. If there are, make units equal to the number of towers, or whatever you want to do.
