How do you make a building be consitored a base? Not all buildings a scroll of town portal can teleport to. How do you make a building be allowed to be teleported to using Scroll of Town Portal? Thanks for the help.

You need to make it be considered a Town hall by checking it as a classification in the units statistics, find it at Stats- Unit Classification(fill in box labeled town hall)
