@war40k u can use the free trail u know... and theres sites that have other paint programs (i have alot of them psp is the easiest except alpha-ing)

You wouldn't believe how many people have asked me how to add a mini-map to their maps. Then even after explaining to them a step by step process, they still mess up and can't do it.
Well here is an Idiot-Proof program that will help all those not so intelligent people out there.
Options Include.
- .JPG; .BMP; .GIF Support
- Automatically Size and Crop an image to 128x128 or 256x256
- Two picture displays (the real picture, and what the crop will look like)
- And this will save the picture in Targa (.TGA) format.
Now before any of you complain that you can do this with any ol' paint program, my suggestion to you would be not to download this, since obviously you already know how to make mini-maps. This program was made for the people that don't have PSP or Photo Shop. It was made for people who think they can make Targa (.TGA) files using MS Paint. So don't complain about my programs, just don't download them.
