Peonman you also need BLP Tools which runs for mac. here's what ya do.
open up a skin in BLP Tools. im on a g4 right now. right-click the skin, go to open with... and choose BLP Tools. youll get a preview of the skin in the window. now drag the skin on the converter window in BLP Tools. a .tga image will appear in the folder. Now open The Gimp. IN THE GIMP WINDOW, not the top of the screen, go to file, open, choose the .tga image of the skin. you can now open up da skin, edit it, and save as tga. to convert it back just open the .tga in BLP Tools, drag the file on the converter window, and voila! you now have a changed .blp skin. I have both of those programs and BLP Tools is availible on the site and is mac only :twisted: Good lock skinnign

Um i got the program and opened it (i already had x11) now how do i edit skins?
