This set of color tools includes three things:
A color list genorator:
This generates a customizeable amount of colors on a list-style format, where you can pick out colors you like. Each color has a 12x12 preview, and the appropriate Warcraft 3 Color Code.
An RGB to Hex converter:
This tool can convert to and from the Warcraft 3 Color Code, giving you the Red, Green, and Blue values for color codes. It can also be used to create a Warcraft 3 Color Code from Red, Green, and Blue values. Comes with a 12x12 preview of the color.
Color Code Dissection Document:
This document goes into detail explaining the way the Warcraft 3 Color Code 'works'. This can be useful to people wanting to learn how to make color codes by themselves, or just people curious as to how the color code is set up.
In any case though, I am sure you will find a use for all of these tools =)
