i update spell.
i fixed bugs with nuclear waves, splinters
and change flamethrower fire. Now than closer stay unit-target, that long hi burn and takes more damage ^)

Got bugs at the effects because the effects can be clicked. I think you should add Locust spell to all your effect units. And also, sometimes after the nuclear explodes, some of the fire effects can't go off...anyway, nice job.
