THIS SPELL is multiusable. have a map with 9 players and all players could jump with this spell at the same time. Just change the variables to arrays.

Eh and I already wrote that you have done your spell in my map
Devran04 do not put in stuff comments like if GUINSOO STEALS THIS ILL LEARN HAC AND RUIN HIS LIfe, did you know if you post ANYTHING on this site people can take its idea and use it.First of all theres another jump spell ive seen on this site and its better. 4/5 kind of goes too fast and looks crappy.
atleast i found some free time to update the spell.
theres is now a cooldown and the periodic movement trigger works now with 0.03 secs because you hardly notice any diference and it will cause less lag on slower computers. and i made the spell look more like the ToB spell. however if you prefer my trail more then only change the add ability trail[ToB] into trail[old] and there you go. plz report any bugs. and btw when slowmode is activated there wont be an cooldown. hf
ok its a simple thing but somehow it ruins the spell.
if you cast a spell then things happen this way.
the game detects your casting a spell, then the trigger starts working. normally after the game detected casting the spell there is a short wait time then the normal actions of the spell like (in this case i based it of the priests purge thing, sry dont know the name in english) damaging summoned units and removing all buffs while he spends his mana and has now a cooldown. the game detects casting a spell before all actions i mentioned will happen. these will still only happen when the casting unit plays its spell animation thingy(or something like that). because i move it instantly it doesnt consume mana etc. you can fix this by adding a little wait time to the trigger. i will soon update and fix this thing. i have a lot of stuff to do for school atm and ive been a little ill the last week so i wasnt really able to update. ill promise ill update this week.
the problem adding the little wait time is that you could damage the parabole and the whole jump thing looks really weird.
How do you add a cooldown to this? I added one to the superslam part of the spell but it did nothing. How do you do it?
you have to assign the spell in the object editor to the blademasters spells. pretty easy. have a look at dealins import tutorial.

This might sound like a dumb question but how do you make the ability useable in world editor. Ive imported it but dont know how to give the ability to blade master
yeah exactly, somehow it makes things look faster or slower. change the value to whatever you want and look at the result.i took 1000 and 100000. i noticed a big difference. just try out yourself.
as far as i remember change flying high to xx at yy,
yy = whow much it changes in 1 sec. for example change high to 100 at 50 needs 2 secs - if im right
ok guys thx alot for your comments i think ill update this spell and make it more look like the tob one. ill make a cooldown(there wasnt one for testmap reasons) and slow the jump a little. it only looks so fast caus of the change flying height to xx at yy. my yy value is extremely high(i think its 100000) and it only needs to be set to for instance to 1000 to make it look slower although the blademaster still needs the same time jumping the distance. yeah and dragonspawn i knew you could use the crowform ability i picked it up in the forums proposed by diablo.dk but i use what i know that works and i saw this method in a spellmap. btw i didnt know the height trick is a trick you discovered, well thx for that^^.
sry didnt want to say this sucks or anything like that.
nice spell, its well made.
but in my eyes its much too fast and it looks bit like the units already get stunt why bm is still in the air.
maybe make a little delay before stun and the thunderclap animation would make it look much better.
i gave 4/5 because its nice triggered but for 5 there should be multi instancibility.
oh and i know tob ones is better than all otheres here(including yours and mine) because tob is just the amazingsed wc mod ever - nice ideas made in a perfect way
It seems that my Flying Height trick is only used in masses of Blademaster spells  Also, you can just add/remove Crow Form rather than making a custom ability. Vexorian came up with that one.
I would love the spell if it had a cooldown...

Plz try to get cooldown in your spell.
ok thx alot vex for the constructive criticisme ill try to improve in my next spell. I cant handle jass right now so its not multiinstance, i have to learn it first. besides i have set the volume of warcraft so low that i never noticed that the destroyer attack makes some noise...lol. well thx for your comment.
What the spell does: (12/30)
- A jump that stuns in the target area, done thousands of times with different variations.

Code: 18/20
- The code is well done, uses a parabole (sp?) formula for the jumping movement, by the way, the problem with the blademaster hiting the ground before the stun (In the alternative Example Trigger) wasn't because of thunder clap requiring some time, it was because you used last created unit before creating the unit.

Efficiency 25/30
- No actual leaks, besides the chance of leaking 12 KB in rare situations when it finds 'the bug that was fixed' .
- Should have used a periodic trigger of 0.04 seconds instead of 0.01 seconds (The human eye can't note the difference anyways)

Multi instancibility 0/10
- No multi instancibility at all.

Eye candy (5/10)
- Kind of ok, the trail effect wasn't really needed, or should be another one, I don't like the way that effect looks/sounds, I think that the ribbon emitter of the blademaster's sword was enough.
- Need an effect for the landing.

Total: 60/100 (3/5)
If the spell was multi instanceable for example it could have gotten 4/5.

ähmm yes i dont really dont get what you mean hans.
i didnt know that there was an other jump spell so im sry for that but i have to say yours is not as good as the ToB one. Firstly yours targets a point which is not like ToB then you dont really hit the point and your thunderclap casts much too late. did you even look at my triggers? i guess not caus you use 5 while i use 2. to conclude i have taken my time to write some comments which explain how this spell works. mine works better caus you are able to change anything in this trigger by following the instructions i gave. they may not be too good but i have tried to make understandable for everyone.
i dont want to be rude or something im only defending my spell caus im proud of it.
i propose everyone who downloads this spell should download yours too and make up his mind himself.

pwnt by 7 months - but the tob ones may look bit uglyer but is much better in tons of ways
Please mention when you participate with a spell at the Arcane Competition. Please PM me with this spell as well.

cool spell, more useful than many other jumping-spells! Its quite fast without being graphically poor so 4/5 from me!

klovadis
somehow i dont get how to add a description, somebody plz explain  well here is it:
This spell is based on ToB spell "wind", i only recreated it. The Blademaster will jump towards the AoE and stuns the units for 2 seconds dealing damage
My first spell so far, hope you like it.
