i think that not everyone is a good skinner, so if this is a community i'm sure some1 will reskin it and post the new skin on the skin section, i've seen that many times.

u know, any model got a use, a floting footman head, could be used as a gjhost with some transparency, in a game. Anything that exist is coherent, the only thing that is incoherent are those things that can not be seen or imaginated (a circle-square for example, thou cannot have a shape that have all his points in the same radius and at the same time only have 4 edges)

well, skins that show coherency will not be deleted. the models i am talking about are the ones are are fully colored yellow, blue, red, etc; or have some parts a solid color wiith no coherency whatsoever. for models like these, they can feel free to post the UVs/pics of the model in the forums, in order find a skinner who will do more than a half-assed job.

the models section is for atleast semi-quality work. anyone can just alpha out a footman body by themself. and if someone requests aforementioned footman head, they can send it via email or aim.

Because their models are the ones most frequently stolen

Xaran is a modder working on Forsaken Destiny. He made the famous Gnomish Submarine, for which I have had to ban 7 people, and that goblin plane which Darky used in RotD

Cookie is an excelent modder. He made all sorts of things, which are obviously stolen a lot

RCX made most of the stuff at Campaign Creations. His stuff is stolen every two days

if they actually manage to copyright a name http://www.copyright.gov/circs/circ34.html then they DO say that name or anything similar! you have to read all the fine print

The bootleggers must be slipping through some loophole to sell their shoddy merchandise under wierd and random names. I mean, why give the wierd names unless you're using a loophole?

So it's harder for the government to track them down rather than being a sitting duck, eg: a normal title like "Ice age 2" which just screams "LOOK AT ME!!! I HAVE JUST RIPPED OFF THE NEWEST MOVIE IN THE CINEMA, COME AND GET ME!" sorry for caps, but I wanted it to look dramatic, no ofence either
