Wrong. Fel Orcs and Chaos Orcs are basically the same, but they are not really demons. Demons are:
-Felhounds -Doom Guards and Infernals -Eredars -Voidwalkers -Succubus
And maybe others that I can't remember now. In anyway, an infernal can own an abomination and frost wyrms can't destroy them due magic immunity so gg for UD, althrough they are a strong race.

Undead would win through sheer attrition. Note that Infernals aren't demons, but they're instead golems
Voidwalkers and Nether Dragons aren't demons, rather they're beings from the Nether

how can lich king's undead horde win of Burning Legion. just by the names you figure it out. demons are in more numbers, and are more powerful
and consider that Kil'jaeden (who commanded the legion with the late archimonde under Sargy's orders) "created" the lich king. the once weak and miserable orc Ner'zul is now the big bad undead boss because of him

I agree with u that demons win, but that they dont have more then the undead... I think only the ghouls and skeletons already outnumber the burning legion. But 1 infernal pwnz 30 skellys
Face it, The Burning Legion was created by Sargeras and he is one nasty mother f***er. Plus how badass as the demonic units? Shit you got like infernals and the pitlords and the dreadlords and such. Plus demons could call the wc3 equivalent of satan couldnt they? so I assume this following quote applies:
