Hi guys,
sounds stupid
but i´m new and i tested some progames here but they didn´t work -.- please could someone help me ;
would be great to write links for programs/converters ...

Have designed some pictures
but can´t change them to Icons !

If it cant convert, just google some the converter ad u will find it for sure.

Just need a Converter (converting into .blp)
Here were hundreds, maybe thousands of posted Icons, they have all a converter, plz could someone help

I suggest a supreme tool for TGA/JPG <-> BLP conversions: Warcraft 3 Viewer. It isn't only a convertor, but can also export MDX, and open and view skins and models from an MPQ.

However, viewed models lacks transparency, visibility (most of the time) and particle emmiters (they are pathetically represented). Ribbons as well lack. But except that, it is very good and I suggest it to anyone who wants to do exporting or visualisation of units, buildings and generally solid models (so no effects). It is faster than WE!

didn´t get it, thought this tool is only for skins and models, but it´s true it can also convert .tga <-> .blp
