Y'know like a free 3dsmax or that gmax program, suggestions will be appreciated

I think you want to say "Modeling stuff" not "modding stuff", you better change the topic's title.

I only know the war3model editor, which is not really a modeling program but for war3 it can be very useful since it can also do geoset merge and such stuff (I only heard of that, I don't know the application in detail ).
