I think Ozo2 will have two winners for JASS and GUI. He told me that in chat, he's an awesome guy. Some of the ehros are overpowered, and as of now, mine is only good at about level 7, where he is like a god.
I've seen some comments and those are strange spells, nonetheless cool
Well i think it is displayed on ur hero when did u submit it, and personally i think none of the heroes will be accepted what have been submitted after oct 1. But that's only my opinion. The truth can be anything else.
I long to see who won it, and it'd be very good if we could know who was in the second and third place.
argh.... great. I've just managed to fix my worldedit, on october 2. and i don't resubmit cos i thought the contest was over. now i find out that it was extended a few hours, which is what i missed it by. grrrrr... well, if it is still allowed i will submit with a few issues with testing against melee heroes fixed (and added a revival trigger) otherwise i'll wait for the winners to be announced (i still wanna know how good it it )
hmmmm... just wondering, when winners are announced i would not only like to know the 2nd and 3rd place contestants but also the judging method, as creeps aren't the only issue, really (for which reason i put each of the lvl 10 melee heroes on my map, except firelord and alchemist... no room )

well soul leash has arguments with certain patches (people have told me this), making the spell not work AT ALL , i've found in 1.17 (or mine anyway) it actually has the effect i wanted: has a random chance to fail, if it does, no mana is spent and the cooldown remains the same, but the hero still phases out for a second or two. Also, for some reason a spell immune unit can still be charmed (since when?) and therefore the hero does not unhide if this occurs. grrrrr apart from these, a hero revival trigger and a few of the heroes / creeps moved around for sheer convenience of testers.
Oooh... that kind of problem. Well, Charm is supposed to affect spell immune units. After all, it's an ultimate, right? Well, I'm sorry about you. Maybe the judges will understand you.

I am uber pissed! I submitted my hero long long ago to the hero contest. He's the Blight Circulator. Now today, I was curious so I was searching through the hero contest heros and relized that mine wasn't in there. Some how it got moved out of it!!!!!!!!! The last date i updated it was the 27 of Sept, but I wanted to put it back in the Hero contest section, so I had to update it today. If you don't believe me, every time I updated it I wrote comments to go with what I did, on every date I did it. I even have a comment for today when i found it not in the section. Maybe you judged it already if I'm lucky, cuz tons of people knew it was on the list. It would be a shame if you disqualified me for a dumb misunderstanding like this, especially since I have one of the most original heros in the group... Please consider this...
