because no one ever told to do it, and as we know, none of the wise people are mods (it's fact, totally based on this following simple theory; how smart can mod be if he doesn't try to use his powers to take over the forum and rule it as an dictator? that's why they have been chosen to be mods; while the real leader sits out there somewhere on his throne, these mindless species wanders around knowing nothing about anything and blindly removing any offencive stuff, they are heartless, they don't care to sticky anything unless the puppetmaster on his throne gets annoyed by the whine of normal members, and on the seventh day this thread got stickied)
