--- I was just cruisin' the wc3sear.ch takin' a look at skins when it dawned on me.
We should hold a contest at some point to find the best "skin" for the High Soma (Yllara). Who ever wins would get a credit in the game for coming up with the look of the High Soma. This character will be seen and heard from in many instances in the game and would 'cause a great amount of fame for the artist throughout WC3.
The only reqs I would place on the character would be that she look pure, wise, magical, almost holy, and in her mid 20's. No new models may be used... only custom skins.
My God, hard to believe that there's peeps out there that just want to "dis" and insult something without knowing wtf it is.

The gameplay is amazing, the art is amazing, the story is amazing, the programming is amazing, the items are amazing, the spells are amazing, the multiplayer is amazing, the cinematics are amazing, the massive battles are amazing, the endless adventure is amazing, the save system.. well.. that part is still a pain in tha ass.

So dont ask us redundant questions on things that have been solved years ago... or issues that have been over-come a million times over by hundreds of editors and map makers. The creators of this game know what needs to be done to make it great, and "looks" is just a small taste of what you can expect. Surely you can't think that we'ld spend so much time on art if there wasn't any substance behind it.

Who, and what, we are looking for is rather specific, although there is an extreme amount of room for creativity...
- Professional Trigger Editors (memory leaks will not be acceptable for this position)
- Spells and Skills Creator (this will be a group effort but need one more that is dedicated)
- Anyone with great knowledge and great ideas (if you got inspired by seeing our pics and know how to create. There is huge potential for all kinds of things.)
- Come to the table with imagination, we'll find a way to get it done.
...and for the guys that are gonna say "Oh, you can't do it alone?" or "I thought you were already amazing." ...dude we could, and we are... Shhhh.

Sorry bro, there is a lot more than that.. but its not requests... its offers. We're in process of doing something that kicks ass. Meaning... if some one wants to do something incredible for the WC3 players, they might want to jump in on this. I think Zarltok should've posted this thread in "Projects" and he started it before the rest of us were ready. DOH! But its alright, we've had a lot of people find us in game and combine efforts on ideas, coding, and artistry.
