Why is all this anime crap so popular?

that just proves some anime is worse than others, nothing to do with the entire genre.

VGsatomiWell, (Japanese) games and anime are essentially the same industry. Quite often people who work on games also work on anime and vice versa. For example, some members of Studio Ghibli (makers of Princess Mononoke, ect) also worked on the Jade Cacoon RPG series, hence why you see so many similarities in art and theme in that series to the movies produced by that studio.

Well since you know of Jade Cocoon do you also know Grandia 1 by Ubisoft? Probaply one of the best games in that genre!

Naw Jade Cocoon 2 was ok good but a bit too rushed maybe, it only seemed like a half finnished game to me.

basically sansui is saying that what he is entertained by is better than what others are entertained by(anime); which is no defferent than someone saying, "my religion is better than yours". therefore by the substiutional property, this thread is religious and shoudl be locked.
