I can't make models since I am on a Mac, but creating heroes in mind, well, I rock on that. Therefore I've made some examples:------------------------------------------------------------------
Human - Elven Markswoman (Agility)
Short ranged female Blood Elven markswoman, using mental skills and magically enchanted bolts to finish off her enemies.
Skill 1: Free Mind. Cleans an friendly unit's mind of all his/her sins, giving the unit increased movement speed and increased armor. Autocast.
Level 1: 20% Movement, 4 armor. Last 20 sec. Cost 60 mana.
Level 2: 45% Movement, 6 armor. Last 20 sec. Cost 55 mana.
Level 3: 70% Movement, 8 armor. Last 20 sec. Cost 45 mana.
Skill 2: Bolt of the Highborne. The Markswoman shoots an deadly bolt, dealing massive extra damage to the target and gives some of the damage back into health for the Markswoman.
Level 1: 110 extra damage, 20% health gain. Cost 105 mana.
Level 2: 215 extra damage, 40% health gain. Cost 100 mana.
Level 3: 320 extra damage, 60% health gain. Cost 95 mana.
Skill 3: Clear Sight. (Passive). Gives the Markswoman increased sight and increased attack range.
Level 1: 35% increased sight range, 40% increased attack range.
Level 2: 55% increased sight range, 65% increased attack range.
Level 3: 75% increased sight range, 80% increased attack range.
Ultimate: Expert Training. (Passive). With the extreame training, only given to the chosen marksmen and markswomen, the Elven Markswoman lays 3 bolts on her crossbow and gives her the ability to attack 3 enemies at the same time.
Orc - Tauren Meditator. (Intilligence)
The White Taurens are known for thire inner magic, and the Tauren Meditator uses the art of the tauren soul to raise new White Tauren warriors and controlling the dimensions.
Skill 1: Sons of the Taurens. Summons an White Tauren warrior from the bones of an fallen unit, friend or foe.
If the White Tauren warrior falls in battle, it will be reborn, at the cost of the Meditators mana. Lasts for 40 sec. Cooldown of 55 sec.
Level 1: 500 HP, 20-25 dmg. Cost 125 mana.
Level 2: 725 HP, 32-38 dmg. Cost 115 mana.
Level 3: 965 HP, 46-52 dmg. Cost 100 mana.
Skill 2: Levithate. Teleports an enemy units soul into another dimension, disables the unit. As the unit is disabled, the Meditator can use his Dream Walk spell to tempoary gain control of the unit. Cost 75 mana.
Level 1: Lasts for 15 sec, cooldown of 15 sec.
Level 2: Lasts for 30 sec, cooldown of 15 sec.
Level 3: Lasts for 50 sec, cooldown of 10 sec.
Skill 3: Dream Walk. Target an enemy unit to set it into an magically Dream Walk. Unit which is targetted by Dream Walk will become acting as a neutral, attacking both friend or foe. If used with Levithate, you will gain control of the unit.
Level 1: Lasts for 30 sec, cooldown of 30 sec. Cost 100 mana.
Level 2: Lasts for 50 sec, cooldown of 30 sec. Cost 80 mana.
Level 3: Lasts for 70 sec, cooldown of 30 sec. Cost 60 mana.
Ultimate: Spirit of the Old One. The Meditator calls upon the Spirit of the Old One, summoning him to the battlefield. The Old One uses reicarnation spells to revive all fallen non-hero Taurens once summoned. The summoning lasts for 120 sec.
Has 1550 HP. Deals 64-81 dmg. Cost 200 mana. Cooldown of 120 sec.
Night Elves - Giant of the Woods. (Strenght)
Being brothers with the mountain giants, these ancient defenders has sworn to protect the forest from everything which would cause it harm.
Skill 1: Thorne Tree.
Using his lord knownledge of the forest, the giant turns an nearby tree into an immobile, invurneable thorne tree, which spitts thornes at nearby enemies.
Cooldown of 25 sec. Costs 80 mana.
Level 1: 16-19 dmg, lasts for 20 sec.
Level 2: 27-33 dmg, lasts for 30 sec. Has poison attack.
Level 3: 45-54 dmg, lasts for 50 sec. Has poison attack.
Skill 2: Sacrifice.
The giant grabs an nearby tree, enchanting it with magically powers and slungs it on an enemy, dealing damage in an area of effect. Lasts until thrown. Cooldown of 9 sec. Costs 115 mana.
Level 1: 95 target damage, 65 AoE damage.
Level 2: 130 target damage, 90 AoE damage.
Level 3: 170 target damage, 115 AoE damage.
Skill 3: Forest Strenght. (Passive).
In all the decade the giant protected the woods, the forest itself trained him in strenght as a thanks for his service. Gives the giant a massive hitpoints boost.
Level 1: 75 bonus HP.
Level 2: 200 bonus HP.
Level 3: 350 bonus HP.
Ultimate: Reborne
Only the wisest and most powerful giants are capable of giving new life. The giant raising a small amont of trees in an area.
Costs 175 mana. Cooldown of 120 sec.
Undead - Void Runner (Agility)
After the entering of the Bloodmage Kael and the Naga Sea Witch; Lady Vashj into Outland, these outsiders brought as much chaos and destruction so that even some Voids turned to into the Scourge, seeking to avenge thire slayed brothers. The Void Runner uses hellish magics and sneaky powers to defeat its enemies.
Skill 1: Void Lure.
The Void Runner creates an ball of flashing purple magic, forcing every nearby enemy to stop attacking its current target and starts attacking the Void Lure. Cooldown of 12 sec.
Cost 70 mana.
Level 1: 600 HP, lasts for 5 sec.
Level 2: 800 HP, lasts for 7.5 sec.
Level 3: 1000 HP, lasts for 10 sec.
Skill 2: Replacement.
The Void Runner uses his powers to replace him self with the target, and vice versa. Useful when fleeing from an enemy.
Targets an friendly unit to switch forms, the Void Runner gets the look of the target and the target gets the look of the Void Runner.
Level 1: Lasts for 10 sec. Cooldown of 10 sec. Cost 100 mana.
Level 2: Lasts for 20 sec. Cooldown of 20 sec. Cost 75 mana.
Level 3: Lasts for 30 sec. Cooldown of 30 sec. Cost 50 mana.
Skill 3: Rings of Outland.
The Void Runner is capable of summoning some of the powers from the heart of Outland itself, casting destruction upon the Void Runners foes. The Rings of Outland deals the most damage on the largets ring, which is the outer ring, and least damage to the smallest ring, which is the inner ring. Contains 3 rings. Medium AoE. Cooldown of 10 sec. Cost 135 mana.
Level 1: Deals 100/80/60 damage.
Level 2: Deals 150/130/110 damage.
Level 3: Deals 200/180/160 damage.
Ultimate: Void of the Outland.
The Void Runner reach out for his absolute power, giving him the ability to deal massive damage to a single target, living or mechanical. Targets ground units, air units, mechanical, buildings and heroes. Deals 75 damage per sec. Channeling.
Lasts for 10 sec. Maximum damage is 750. Mana cost is 200. Cooldown is 130 sec.

Note: I made these examples a while ago on the B.Net forum and posted them under the name FFA-FFS and that's just another account of mine so don't start flaming stuffs like "That's FFA-FFS' hero ideas not yours!" since I am FFA-FFS.
